  I'm in the Army and I am being restationed in Germany next May. I'm taking my Jeep with me to represent USA on European streets. German law says my wheels/tires cannot stick out past my fenders. I'm currently on stock wheels/tires and fenders but I'm planning on throwing on some 12.5 inch wide tires before I go. Any recommendations on fenders that will cover those tires? I'm looking for some solid fenders, nothing flimsy. Also, what's the best way to prevent salt rust? I've heard greasing up any metal on the undercarriage can work. If that is good, what grease? White lithium? Any other ways to prevent salt rust besides keeping her in the garage in the winter?

  Gabe, if they are US military (current or prior) get them on militaryjeepers.com - I helped found the chapter for fort benning and I plan on either restarting or firming up the chapter in Germany.
