  In the East Valley you can try going to AZ Pain Docs (azpaindoctors.com) in Chandler area. You don't need to get a license through a pain clinic though, they don't really handle it although from my experience doctors have been pretty positive about it. If you are seeing a doctor about the issue currently then contact them about it first to find out if they'd be supportive of you pursuing a license. The next step is to find a licensed marijuana doctor who will get your paperwork done for the state and consult with your medical records. If you have any questions about the process in AZ feel free to PM me it's a little confusing the first time.
