  OBGYN and family doctor referrals? I just moved here from the states and am covered under OHIP. I don't need to see a doctor right away but does anyone know of any OBGYN/family docs near upper beaches area? My mother-in-law tells me to find one now before I get sick and/or pregnant because not all practices accept new patients.

  Several family doctors and OBGYNs are taking new patients at [Albany Clinic](http://www.albanyclinic.ca/) (Broadview just north of Danforth). You can walk there from the subway or there are several Green P lots nearby. I think their OBGYNs have privileges at East York General (or whatever it's called now) which is the closest hospital and the one where all my local friends have given birth.

  I have a few places you could call St Joe's- 416-530-6058 Albany medical- 807 Broadview 416-461-9471 High park physio- 301-2150 Bloor st w. 416-766-8565 Parkdale physio - 416-256-0600 St George physio- 180 Bloor Street. 416-921-4587 Hopefully that helps. This is a list of community physio, and I think these are fairly close to our area. I'm not sure if you can book yourself or it has to be through your Dr, but take a look at those.

  ISO a walk in clinic that is open today for my week old babe! I've looked at the Clinic in the Loblaws and the one at Richmond and Yonge, based on recommendations, but both are closed. Anyone know of any that are open today?! (Bonus points if it's a little on the west side of things... The closer to Queen and Broadview, the better). TIA. :)

  We just started with a new family doctor at Albany Medical Clinic as well. It's on Broadview just north of Danforth, and it's great because there's a lab and walkin clinic there too, as well as specialists for convenient referral if needed. We're with dr.   Try [Albany Clinic](http://www.albanyclinic.ca) - they are always taking new patients, and are located right at Broadview & Danforth. My family doctor is there, and I've seen a bunch of different doctors at the walk-in there who have all been fantastic. The walk-in clinic is open 365 days a year.
