  A word of caution from experience....I recommend that you DO NOT use Butch Davis' power washing services. Cleaned most our house and concrete on Saturday. They said they would come back to complete the job on Sunday. I called and spoke to Mr. Davis around 2:30 Sunday afternoon was told they were coming by. Also, mentioned a missing hose, was then informed that they had broken the connector on the hose and would repair it. Well, it is Tuesday evening am still waiting on them to come by and return my hose. Of course, I paid them in good faith on Saturday.
