  I am looking for a couple Licensed General Contractors that would like to take on some rehabs for me in the near future. Please post if you have recently had a contractor complete a job for you that you were pleased with. I need GC's that have a good labor crew (more than 1-2 guys), and can complete the job quickly. My rehabs will be in Cherokee, Bartow, and Cobb.

Preferably others that focus on new movers such as utility company sales reps, sign companies, cleaning services, contractors, e.t.c. As a Securuty Consultant for ADT, I speak to an average of 100 new business and home owners every week and my customers always ask "who do you recommend for this?".
