Most work needs to be done by licensed contractors, but I do have occasions that a handyman can do the job. I need someone who works well via text and email, who can call the tenant to set an appointment, show up when they promise, and email or fax me a bill that will always be paid within 30 days, but usually faster. Please recommend yourself, or someone you've used in the past that deserves a little more business sent their way.
