I'm looking for somewhere unusual, quirky or generally splendid for an intimate lunch for two in central London... I just thought some of you wonderful people might be able to recommend somewhere? Many thanks.

Unless you want to spend a fortune, aim for the 'cafe' side of it, although the restaurant side is amazing (although I'd avoid the Duck Hearts On Toast. I highly recommend the Japanese Cherry Blossom tea. With the added benefit that it surrounded on four sides by a The Wallace Collection, which contains amongst other things, The Laughing Cavalier. http://www.peytonandbyrne.co.uk/the-wallace-restaurant/index.htmlhttp://www.wallacecollection.org/visiting/thewallacerestaurant
can anyone recommend a good # restaurant in # marylebone for lunch?

Well, been here and it's lush, but I usually do this for 'occasions' not out of the blue :/ http://www.peytonandbyrne.co.uk/the-wallace-restaurant/index.html
