Now I've been a student the last 4 years, so I like to think I have a good repertoire of nice affordable restaurants around Central - but as the job comes with a little signing bonus, I though it'd be fun to splash out a bit and go somewhere we wouldn't normally.   [The Gilbert Scott](http://www.thegilbertscott.co.uk/) -Marcus Wareing's brasserie food that's just like his stuff in the much more expensive The Berkeley but loads cheaper. Great setting too right next to Kings Cross St Pancras - where The Spice Girls "If you wanna be my lover" was filmed but don't let that put you off.
