I have been trying so incredibly hard to loose weight and it just won't budge and I am at my wits end. I even did Jenny Craig for 10 weeks and only lost 1.5kg! I need to loose almost 20kgs! I am on medication which I honestly believe plays a huge part but in saying that, I do very little exercise and can really only swim due to my back issues.
I want to do some weight/resistance training but need a trainer who can work around my injury.
Can anyone recommend a personal trainer or the like preferably somewhere around the Belconnen/Gungahlin area that also doesn't charge the bomb because money is also very tight.
