  BAKER- Due to personal illness and consequential bills, I stopped pursuing my dream to be a baker years ago, and became a professional truck driver instead. I have tried, many times, to get out of the trucking industry and every time some financial setback would put me back in the driver's seat. This is another attempt to follow my dream and be the best Baker this town has ever seen. I have a lot of food service experience. I have had food safety and health training. I have completed the Wilton Method Decorating Courses 1-3. And while I like to make visually appealing baked goods, my main concern is with TASTE! I am skilled in pies, cobblers, cakes, cookies, breads and sweet breads, candies, confections and brownies. If you know of a local restaurant or grocery who could use my talents, let me know.
