  there's a place in the Sea Way Mall that fixes them, next to where you can adopt kittens, or Cell Tech Niagara 234 East Main St, Welland. Place in the Mall is called Wifi cellular 905-788-9434, Cell Tech Niagara, 289-501-6099 probably cheaper here fixed the screen on my daughters I-pad for 70.
