  Does anyone know of any services that help with vet bills for a young puppy that is having on going issues but no actual diagnosis? A friend posted regrading her puppy's on going serious health issues, they have already spent thousands in vet bills and the vet is now suggesting neurological testing which would be thousands more. They also have a young family and financially I don't think they can spend more. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking maybe a go fund me page or something? But I'm not sure if there is any services that provide help in situations like this. Thanks in advance :)
