Hi all, I'm new to the area and was wondering if anyone can suggest some fitness classes in Alderholt or Fordingbridge? I've quite a hectic life with work/commute and need something that will fit in around looking after my horse so a mid week class between 6.30pm-8.30pm would be ideal. Open to ideas; something cardio, fun and not too expensive! Circuits, dance, boxercise maybe. Someone did tell me there is also a lady who does pilates specifically for horse riders? Thanks
