  Anyone have a good locksmith they know they can't favors from? I need keys cut to a 1996 impala. All I have is the VIN. It is a VAT system with the chip in the key, but it does not even have to be programmed to start it, I just need to be able to turn the wheel and put the car in neutral to get it down out of a parking garage to be able to load it. Here is the kicker and why I need the favor hook up... I have no title or registration on the car yet, but it is according to the DMV still in my name. Oh, I need it by Tuesday. :) HOLLA!!
