And before anyone suggests it, I've been in contact with DAN and received names of physicians on their list. So far they're either retired, have not returned my messages, or know nothing about diving. I appreciate any leads anyone can give.

  University of Maryland's Hyperbaric Medicine@Shock Trauma is another - I can't copy and paste the link here (work computer)- but they do Dive Physicals 410-328-6152 (under they Hyperbaric Med website listing for the docs' names) -- I PM'ed the link -- it is probably in your OTHER inbox.
