  Franklin- I just got offered a job after applying thru the ad2 phoenix job board. They're the "younger" group for the American Mkting Federation Phoenix Chapter. www.ad2 phoenix.com Also look to Robert Half- they have a subcompany for Mkt/Creative jobs- The Creative Group. Call the recruiter listed for one of the jobs on TCG Mon AM & they'll probably get you in for an interview for the agency the same week.
