  I agree with Terry, smokingpipes.com is excellent, and would add to that list; pipesandcigars.com, cigarsandpipes.com, and 4 noggins.com. Also, outwesttobacco.com are great folks to do business with, too, especially bulk blends of Samuel Gawith, however, recently they went up on their prices.
