Payment Policy & Custom Orders
I accept PayPal, and CASH for local Pick Ups.
For all Ready to Ship(RTS) items payments are due within 24 hours of being invoiced. If payment has not been made or arrangements to pay has not been made, you will not receive your item. You also go on a list that you will not be able to make future purchases.
Custom Orders
Invoices MUST be paid within 48hrs. If invoice is not paid within the time frame, that may cause you to lose your place in line. Plus the shipping fees or delivery fees. Custom Orders are non refundable and can not be exchanged. Please ensure that your order is correct and details of what you want are specified before paying invoice. Once supplies are ordered for item and it has already started production, it can not be changed, altered or refunded.
Shipping
I will always charge shipping unless otherwise specified. Shipping starts at $3.50 and will go up depending on weight of items. I usually try to ship items within 2 to 3 business days from paid order. Custom orders are usually shipped within 1 week depending on turnaround times.
**If you are local I will now be charging a delivery fee. Its costing me some to most of my profit to deliver items. So starting 3/5/2016 My delivery fees will be $5 for anywhere within Hemet/San Jacinto. No deliveries any further. Thank you!** There will no longer be any holding of orders, if not picked up on specified date, items will be put up for sale, first come first serve.
Customers have within 24 to 36 hours after receiving their item to bring any problems to my attention. I do my best to insure your items get to you quickly and safely. However, I cannot control how the post office handles your package. I am not responsible for damages due to neglect of your package(s) from postal workers, machines used to sort. Etc. Please understand that I will do my best to make my customers happy.
Also when using Paypal I will ONLY send your packages to the address listed on paypal. Otherwise neither of... show more us are covered by Paypal. Please make sure when paying, all information is correct. Otherwise your package may not make it to you. I am NOT responsible for returned packages because you failed to correct your information. If it gets sent back to me for whatever reasons, you will be held accountable for reshipping charges to have them sent to you again to corrected address.
