Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Multiple Etsy messages, emails, Instagram messages, etc and its like pulling teeth to get an answer. Especially when I was simply trying to ask questions about their product because i wanted to BUY it. I decided to take the risk after being ignored and what do you know, I was billed for my order and never received it. They don't care that their customers are unhappy either. I Still have no idea where my order is and if I'll be able to get a response on a refund. So frustrating. Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere.

Finally, they replied and said they would like to replace or refund for the necklace but they were out of stock. They asked for a picture of the necklace to see if it was something they could fix. I would have been happy with my that! But instead, they saw my picture and then completely stopped replying. I sent a message every day and they just ignore. It has been 10 days since they've responded.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! Cheaply made products and the most insulting and unprofessional company.
Anyone have a good recommendation for a painter we can hire to paint the nursery?
