We're happy with all of it, to be honest!! I can't say I would recommend one over the other, I think they are both fantastic options!! Maybe try both of them?? Where are you located? Tarzwell Farms sets up on Saturdays at the Creston Farmer's Market (Leanne Cherry Tarzwell, correct me if I'm wrong on this!) if you'd like a taster, and of course you can order a bulk amount from them as well. Leanne is a wonderful woman to deal with when it comes to meat :) and if you give her a call, she would be more than happy to give you all their juicy details. Wendy + Dale from Kootenay Natural Meats are also a great option. Wendy comes to the Rossland Farmer's Market on Thursdays, and also sets up on Saturdays in Creston. Both have bulk options, both offer offal + bones, and both Farms raise beautiful, happy, healthy animals! Kootenay Natural Meats also offer pork, chicken, and turkey when in season.
