  I have my entire right arm done my Joel Garcia at Ink Therapy. Visit EVERY artist and see their work first hand. As stated above some are great at specific artistic expression whether it's lettering to butterflies to skulls. Also look at the shops condition: cleanliness, staffing, certification and more all play an important role.

  Octopus ink is good. But i heard he gave someone staff infection. Dont know if its true. But he charges 100 an hour. Ink therapy on second street is good and reasonably priced
