  For the second time in about 4 months, my hair artist has left Ulta. Does anyone know of a REASONABLE priced stylist in the area? I get full color every 8 weeks and highlights usually every whenever I feel like it. I have been to a great place in Plaistow, but even with a groupon, it was $180, which to me is rather steep.
