I have had 1 estimate that was way out of my price range and another company that gave me a "ballpark estimate" that sounded great, but they wont get on the ball with giving me an actual estimate. So I need a company that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and will actually show up. I know I'm asking a lot but... Anyone?

  I have a house over off Preston highway near the airport that needs some work done . I am looking for someone reliable trustworthy and easy to work with that can do finish trim work and plaster work inside I have a plaster wall hallway that needs finished for painting . I am also looking for someone that can replace some rotten wood and soffit on my garage and wrap it in aluminum . Could be the same person or two different people as long as they do good work at a fair price . At some point if things go well with these projects I will be looking to replace both doors and storm doors and every window in the house also .
