  The one I used was OrthoTexas.com Lynn Rogers 972-727-9995 There are 4 great doctors in that office. They are in McKinney & also have an office in the Allen Hospital. Yup and I have dead people parts in my knee ;^) I ended up with someones Achilles tendon for my ACL.
