I love teaching Pilates. It has helped me personally with a back injury from many years back. I realized after just one session how it helped me immediately. I teach clients in privates, and also sharing time with friends. I also still train some clients with traditional personal training more from a functional standpoint and always incorporate Pilates into the session. I am also TRX certified and train group classes as well as privates! I recently became certified in Yoga Tune Up®as a teacher and also a Role Model method ® teacher which blends very well into my scope of trainings. I believe that working from the inside out is best to achieve balance in the body. Finding out where imbalances are and working on strengths is what I love to do!
ISO intro to Pilates class. Physical therapy says no to yoga for me at moment but Pilates would be okay. I have a herniated disc in lower back. Thanks !
