  Try Tara Borle 780-237-7653...she is a mortgage broker in St Albert or her sister Blair Borle - 780-298-7653 who is a mortage broker with TD Bank. If they can't do it they should be able to refer you to someone who can. Lots of brokers don't deal with farms. It often has to be done by a farm specialist in one of the major banks. ATB, Scotia Bank, TD Bank, etc. You should also speak with Farm Credit or AFSC. (I sell real estate - mostly rural properties - and larger parcels can be very tough to finance)
