  ISO: school horse for novice (primarily) adult riders. Uphill (English) type build, (not interested in low headed stock type or saddleseat type). Sturdy, smoother gaits. Have in mind the older style morgan, small draft cross, or perfect mutt. Must be sound - w/t/c. Don't have a fortune to spend. Happy to offer a buy back contract. Or long term lease for an outgrown pet. Can provide references, horses do 4-6 lessons per week.
