For limited space and not top shelf budgets, look at carafes. If you've got nearly no budget, they come suuuuuper cheap at the "OJ at Denny's Brunch" level of quality, all the way up to "If I sneeze, this thing will shatter" level of delicate thin glass. All of them share a small footprint, and all will do a solid job of aeration at the table, as well as having some level of shoulder to help with any sediment you might have missed on the way out of the bottle.
