Most of the good low level walking that doesn't require good nav skills will be busy. This site is great for ideas, the link is for dog friendly accommodation in the Glen Coe area, beautiful but busy. There's lists of dog friendly acc. in all the areas on this link & also plenty of walks from very easy to super hard. Be aware that there could be (very likely) a lot of snow higher up at that time of year :) https://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/fortwilliam/cottages_glencoe.shtml

Glencoe Mountain has wooden wigwams, basic but showers etc, not that expensive and dog friendly. Some of the best walking in the UK on the doorstep and a good base to travel from. Cottages can be quite cheap during these months as well.

Rhu Mohr in Fort William is a must! The host Ian wears a kilt for serving breakfast and his mum bakes homemade soda scones and potato scones for breakie. It's like staying at your granny's house. Two lovely hosts and very reasonable too. Very central, just a shuffle from the Grog and Gruel

Rhu Mohr is amazing a good old ayrshire guy who owns it. Cracking food but has a curfew that the door is locked at midnight haha
