Sarah Lawson His shoulder/neck is still in agony from when he told you about it over a week ago, only since running 10 k yesterday its a lot worse:( told him no more exercise till its better but caught him using hand grips after doing some squats today, he's impossible. He has a game of American Football next Sat needs to recover for that!!
