David Izbrand,MD at Texas Midwest Eye Center on 1750 Pine St in Abilene. He was recommended by Tx Scottish Hospital in Dallas for my oldest, Kendra Hope Bryant. I use him also and I really like him. Hope this helps...

Randy, I have gone to Dr. Richert for years and I have BC/BS and I have never had to pay for my visits other than the $15 refraction charge which is not covered for some reason. He is all business though, so don't expect a lot of chit-chat. He does wear boots though;-)
