I'm a SSNIT contributor but don't have any say in their dealings. Does it mean that my mother who pay my school fees doesn't have any say in how I perform in school? I...

For me there is nothing wrong wf the Ruling of the Court.... The problem is the SSNIT Law.. Payment of SSNIT contribution in view of the Law should then no more be compulsory..... Andrew Awuni just like all Ghanaians who contribute to SSNIT can be deemed to hv their interests duly represented by SSNIT and Bank of Ghana since they are the state institutions who are in charge of transactions in the nature of the one in issue... Andrew Awuni and any ghanaian could have lawfully brot the suit (in my view) if SSNIT OR BANK OF GHANA had violated any of the LAWFULLY PROVIDED PROCEDURES meant to guide or regulate the transaction in issue.. In the absence of such violations, it would be very difficult for such a suit to be entertained by the court on GROUNDS of MERE INTEREST ALONE..... If Awuni is allowed, den all other contributors must also be allowed to file similar suits- I THINK THE FLOODGATE SHD NOT BE OPENED and the COURT rightly DID NOT OPEN IT
