This guy just checked out of the hotel where I work and I told him it was such a coincidence that he works at this place: http://www.yelp.com/biz/studio-pampered-pets-addison. He said you could call them if you have questions or check out their facebook page. Edit: I believe his name is mentioned in the reviews.

I've always been happy with Doggies Wonderland. They have locations in Plano and Coppell. I like them because the dogs play together all day and only have to go into the kennels at night or during feedings.

I use Dogs Rule Resort exclusively for my Dog. What do you mean by "not animal friendly" though? You may have a hard time keeping a kennel if she's not socialized.

There has been a fairly potent string of Parvo in the Dallas area. Make sure your housemate has up to date shots and records before you kennel him/her. And welcome to Dallas! :D

I use Boarding Bungalow at Frankfurt/Tollway as well. The dogs have individual kennels and they're cycled through the outdoor play area in small groups. My dog isn't the best with other dogs either, but he's not outright aggressive; they do a good job of finding him a play group he can deal with or he gets exercised on his own. Many of my neighbors use and love Dogs Rule, but I think that's more of just a big play group... might not be the best for you. A lot of vets in the area also offer boarding services - might be a good option for you if your dog isn't a good fit for group play.

I have used boarding bungalow on Frankfurt near the tollway for a few years. They are pretty good.
