If you're talking about the bowling alley closest to Woodward - small alley -- six or 8 lanes - I think that was Mercury Lanes on Stickney Ave -- about two blocks from Streicher.

It was The Mercury. My older brother had his first job there as a pin setter. I bowled in a league in elementary school and had my first "Shirley Temple" there.
