Elizabeth Andrews Bergen gives an awesome massage. Wouldn't want to have a sore back cramp you're style this weekend.
Home but uncomfortable night. Chiropractor or Massage Therapist !
What do you recommend?
Joan B. replied:
Massage therapist manages the pain and can provide relief. Go for that if the problem really is just a pulled muscle. If there is an underlying cause beyond that, massage therapy does not get at it. It seems rather extreme pain for a pulled muscle. I can walk now because of Dr. Ryan Lees. For many years I was in the 'spend a week on your back, it will get better" mode. finally the underlying and untreated cause reared it's ugly head. Then it became scalpel which I would not do. Much too high a failure rate. Just ask Ryan for a consult. He has been the first in Canada to do many things in his field. Decide later.
Thinking my little man is staying home today due to a head ache and maybe a trip to the Dr or Chiropractor ....any one know a good Chiropractor in Airdrie?
