Is there anywhere in Alabaster or Pelham that offers Yoga classes? I used to do heavy weightlifting, can no longer do so.

Suzanne Sizemore teaches at the First United Methodist Church at 6 pm Tuesday. $5 and all are welcome. She also teaches yoga and other classes at the Pelham YMCA. Good luck!

The Albert L. Scott library held free yoga classes last year, so you might check with them. They use that nice extra room they added on.:) I would love to come, so please keep us posted!
Does anyone know of a YOGA class in Alabaster. I have never done it before so I would want a beginner class.

We just added lots of new yoga classes at the Y! Call Dana Coe Harmon for information. You can come try the class three times as our guest before you decide to join.

Try Tai Chi first. Find it on you tube or via a free 3 day DVD@ye local library...and some yoga.

Are there any adult ballet classes in the area? Also...where is your favorite place for a gentle/beginner flow yoga class?
