Does anyone have suggestions for dog/cat boarding in the area? I'm open to a 15+ mile drive.

Call Carol at 517-206-9499. First Pampered Pet Bed & Breakfast. My big dog loves her and he has separation issues bad and he never once howled for 15 days. Her business card is at the feed mill also. She is on Fitchberg Rd between Wright rd and Cooper.
Can anyone recommend a better than average dog boarding place in Oakland County? Angus and his two siblings (3 big labs) need to go to camp together for June 17th till...

Janice,I am trying to avoid driving back to BC (or points West) before laving for D.C. (East) Angus and I will be in Det. for PCUSA General Assembly and taking care of my cousin's dogs while there. The D.C Summit came up after agreeing to my dog sitting in Detroit through the weekend while Cathy is in S.C. 2) My cousin lives in Highland Park, an area not everyone is comfortable staying in or traveling to and we are of the age that we don't have any "college aged" helpers at the ready--between generations here, grandchildren too young, cousin's kids young marrieds with babies, etc., friends moving toward geezer-dome. I said Oakland County because that's where I know the most people and it tends to have services that are "broader" than the bare bones in a crate for the week. (OK, I'll admit it--upscale snobbish dog camp).
