Collected Works Bookstore & Cafe on Water & Galisteo is another great place to hang out downtown ... And they are supportive of social & environmental justice.

Less expensive than most and very close is Del Charro at the Inn of the Governor's. Also there is a good Italian restaurant in Santa Fe Village. For my money Tomasita's is still the best, but Tia Sophia's is great. La Chosa or the Shed are also very good. If you want Indian (as in East) there is a good place right behind Santa Fe Village, next door to El Centro. Very close is the Guadalupe Cafe and the Pink Adobe. If you've got the do-re-mi, Rio Chama is also very close.

And let's not forget Zia Diner and the downtown 2 nd Street Brewery!
