If you want to have more input into your remodel and to direct ( over see ) the project , Fill.out a home owners permit at county and do your home work, thus hiring all contractors as meet your prefrences . Other wise a contractor dose handel all the red tape . and makes for convenience . if you need in put or a liscensed handy man call 505-369-8394.
