Snelling Town Park for kids. Barnwell State Park has a swimming area and a small playground. We've used Barnwell Peds and Palmetto Peds in Aiken for doctors. And lastly, welcome to Barnwell.

Barnwell Pediatrics has 5 providers that are superb! Shellie is correct! Also check with the library and the YMCA for activities. There are also city league sports teams soccer, tee ball etc and dance and gymnastics classes I think.
