Marvelous Catering is awesome as well, we use them for formal events.

Smokestream BBQ There food is amazing and priced well. But they just make the food and drop it off, cuts costs but you'll need to handle the setup and take down. They've done all of the Olympic events in pc I've been to and one last week in sundance.
