Do we have a restaurant which is strictly for vegetarians in Malta, please?

Mint Cafe on Tower Road Sliema always have an impressive selection of fresh veggie and coeliac foods, using vege in season with different pulses and grains as you mention above. We have never been disappointed there, the salads, pies, quiches, sandwiches they have on offer are fresh made by them and vary every day - the cafe is run by a young and innovative Kiwi/Maltese couple, they only open for morning and lunch I think. Price is reasonable for the quality and quantity. There is a FB page if you search. Angka, as mentioned, are also good, they do a lot of raw foods, which is good for a change but perhaps not to everyones taste.
Can someone recommend some out of Towner's some special meaty restaurants?
