There is a big one in Amsterdam (Ookmeerweg 271, 1067 SP Amsterdam, Netherlands) http://www.dierenasielamsterdam.nl/ If you have more questions you should ask on the Expats with Dogs in Amsterdam groupe on FB. I got my puppy from one association that saves street dogs in Spain and send them here... Good luck in you dog search!
