Although it will dehydrate you even more: there is a sauna from de Saunakaravaan in the backyard of our little café De Ruimte in Amsterdam-Noord. It's open on Saturdays (17 - 22 h). There will be massages in the future, but the heat might be good for your back anyway. Buiksloterdijk 270.
