Anybody know where to buy a wig I need to know where I can buy a wig. Good quality, long-lasting. Recommendations on brands would be nice.

I just bought a lace front and it's currently in transit. I'll let you know how it is. It's Innocent by Sepia on voguewigs.com btw. It's a synthetic, but I hear it looks pretty natural... we'll see.

I bought mine through a local wig shop. This made it easier to try on a bunch of different lengths, styles, and colours, to see what looked good on me / what I'm willing to take care of. Having an experienced person assist with the selection set my mind at ease, too. The one I just bought is made by Jon Renau. It was $200-ish, which is a chunk more than the $40 mail order one I bought when I wasn't even sure I was going to transition. It's much lighter than the other one, breathes better, and looks better too. There's a big jump up to the hand-tied wigs, which range from $500 to $1000. I'm not going there yet. But I think $200 is the sweet spot for price, quality and longevity.
