Check the Nextdoor app or Facebook marketplace as winter approaches. I had a guy named Paul Erikson who snow plows as a side business help me last season. He was super duper nice & thorough - he even moved my car out of the driveway for me because I had hurt myself and couldn't drive it.

I've used Crew Cut Lawns for maybe 8-10 years now. They do lawns in summer, snow removal in summer. No complaints.
