Nearly got a place through Austin Hawk who were thoroughly professional but it fell through and have been with Graham and Co since. They are nice people too

Austin Hawk seem pretty good and on the ball. Graham and Co are great... until you sign the contract. We found their communication rubbish, they never replied to emails and we had to constantly nag them to keep the process moving and for updates. Would never use them again or recommend them. I think they just have too many properties on their books.

Graham and Co. If they weren't as good as they are (I dealt with somebody called Dave), we would have pulled out of buying our Andover property.

Do not touch Connells! They are much more expensive than all the others, and do much less! Lazy, lying, useless in my experience!!! Graham and Co are FANTASTIC!!!!

Graham & Co 100%. I put a house on sale 3 pm last Friday, by 5 pm there was a viewing for 10 am the next day, over the weekend there were 6 viewings in total - I was offered full market price on Monday and accepted. That's just 4 days! I dealt with David Dobson there (an excellent negotiator btw)... why go anywhere else?

Agree with Laura -Ann Lynn Brockenhurst are not great from experience letting out a property I would use Graham and Co or Ashwell's
