We asked Kit Carson to replace our meter and they tried arguing that it didn't need replacing. My husband insisted they do it and it took the service guy 2 minutes to replace. Our usage was cut by almost half. They inspected the meter they replaced and reported that nothing was wrong with it so they didn't have to refund our money from the previous months. But now we have a new meter.
