Annapolis City Marina is certainly worth checking out. It's nice, clean, laundry on site, BBQ area, great staff and good neighbors. It's my personal favorite. Avoid Watergate at all costs, management is horrible.

Whitehall marina is a nice small marina over near cantlers, but I'm not sure about their liveaboard policy. Port Williams is a very small marina at the mouth of back creek that could have an opening. There will also probably be slightly cheaper options over on the Magothy as well

If you go, make sure to bring cash. As of last week, they still didn't have card machines ready so I had to run to the ATM. Not a huge deal, except it isn't my bank and I had to deal with the fee. Also, the price on the window, price I was told, and the price I was finally charged changed each time, so I spent $10+bank fee more than I anticipated. Not a bad experience for being so close, but I prefer Bay Hills for nearby option.
