I just had similar work done (sub panel upgrade and some re wiring) by rds electric (623-937-0003) and the price was good and I was happy with the work.

Looks like you have it covered with recommendations but I use Reno - rsb electric - for anything that I care about. He's an absolute genius with electrical work. His work is clean as fuck too, never have had a mess to clean up. He's not cheap but he's also not the most expensive. 1. Good 2. Fast 3. Cheap. You can only pick two.
